Do the people I meet need the app?+
No. Your QR opens a normal web page where anyone can save your contact or share theirs back. Any phone, no install, no account.
What happens when someone I met changes jobs?+
If you're connected on Identro, their card updates itself, including inside your iPhone's address book if you enable the living address book (a two-minute, one-time setup).
How much does it cost?+

What happens if I cancel?+
Your cards pause: the page and QR stop resolving until you resubscribe. Contacts you've received remain available to you, and you can delete your account and data at any time.
Is the living address book safe?+
Yes. It uses CardDAV, the same contact-sync standard iPhones already use for work and school accounts. The Identro account is read-only and separate: it only adds an “Identro” contacts group, it can never see or change your existing contacts, your phone pulls updates over an encrypted connection, and removing the account deletes the synced contacts from your device instantly.
Is Android supported?+
Receiving works everywhere today: any Android phone can open your card, save your contact, and (once configured) add it to Google Wallet. The Identro app itself is iOS-first.
