Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Identro: the iOS app, the identro.app website, and related services. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Identro lets you create digital business cards, share them via QR codes, links, and wallet passes, exchange contact details with people you meet, and keep those contacts up to date. You keep all rights to the content you add; you grant us the license needed to host and display it to the people you share it with.

Subscription

• Identro costs $1.99 per month after a 3-day free trial, billed through your Apple ID as an auto-renewing subscription.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
• When your trial ends without converting, or your subscription lapses, your cards are paused: their public pages, QR codes, and wallet passes stop resolving. Resubscribing restores them, and you can delete your account and its data from the app at any time.
• Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified in advance.

Acceptable use

Cards must represent you or someone who has authorized you. Impersonation, spam, unlawful content, and attempts to scrape other users' contact data are prohibited and may result in suspension. The exchange form may only be used to share your own details.

Your contacts

Contact details others share with you through Identro are provided to you by them. Treat them lawfully, including under any privacy rules that apply to you, and note that connections may stop sharing at any time by deleting their card.

Disclaimers

Identro is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation and aren't liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
